As Head of Strategy Planning Dept., he took the initiative in changing the strategy dramatically, prioritizing on "Household problems" business (our core) after investigating the business opportunity and the market expectation. He was inaugurated of Director in Dec. 2018, and subsequently to Representative Director, CEO (current position). He contributed to the growth of "Net 110 ban" (our main business at that time) through sales and administration activities. In 2012, he was appointed Head of "Household problems" business. His main responsibility at that time were acquiring new partner stores, administrating call center, exploring new service genres, and increasing service requests. in 2018, He was inaugurated of Director and Marketing Department Head. He leads Marketing Department (core of business) with his eight years wide experience in the Company's workflow and strategy planning ability and his consistent policy " For Services appreciated by Customer".
